Chicken Satay Skewers
Marinade: 500g chicken thighs (diced) 2 cloves garlic (minced) 2tbsp coconut milk 2 tbsp Dick Smith’s Ozehoney 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp lime juice
Combine satay sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over a low heat and stir until thickened. Set aside.
Add marinade ingredients to a bowl and leave chicken to marinate for 10 minutes.
Thread chicken onto skewers.
Grill until golden and slightly charred.
Serve and enjoy.
