Double Choc Blueberry Muffins
1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup blueberry yoghurt (light, if preferred)
3 cups self-raising flour
1. Preheat oven to 180c
2. Grease muffin tins (makes 12-16 large muffins)
3. Thoroughly blend the margarine and sugar and beat in eggs, milk, yoghurt, vanilla, peanut butter and Ozechoc mix.
4. Mix in choc chips.
5. Fold in flour.
6. Spoon into pans and bake for 15-20 mins (less if using smaller muffin size).
