Oze Honey Carrots
2 bunches of dutch carrots
3 teaspoons of Dick Smith’s OzEhoney
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 teaspoons Dick Smith’s Apricot Spread
1 teaspoon of balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 clove of grated garlic
A small knob of grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkling of thyme leaves
Wash and peel carrots, trimming tops, leaving part of the green.
Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place carrots in rows.
Mix all the other ingredients together in a small jug, and pour over carrots, making sure to cover each carrot.
Bake for 35 minutes until carrots are cooked through, add more time if you prefer them more well done.
