Renae’s OzE Bliss Balls
1/2 cup OzEnuts peanut butter
1/2 cup almond meal
2 tbsp OzEchoc powder
2 tsp OzEhoney
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 tsp vanilla
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together very well.
2. If it seems a bit dry, add a bit more honey.
3. Roll into bite sized balls and roll in some extra coconut to coat.
4. Put them on a plate and refrigerate for a couple of hours to set (if you can resist them!).
*try freezing them for an extra chilly treat in summer!
