Sonya’s Flourless Peanut Butter Choc-Chip/Chocolate Cookies
CHOC CHIP BISCUITS
1 cup OzEnuts (smooth) 3/4 cup caster sugar 1 egg 1/3 cup of choc chips (cacao nibs or carob chips can be substituted)
PEANUT CHOCOLATE BISCUITS
1 cup OzEnuts (crunchy) 3/4 cup caster sugar 1/4 cup OzEchoc 1 egg
Pre heat oven to moderate… Line cookie sheets with baking paper. Combine all ingredients and mix until well combined. Roll into small balls and place onto baking paper lined trays, leave a space between each ball to allow for spreading during cooking. Press each ball with a fork to flatten. Cook for approx 15 minutes. Biscuits will be soft when you remove the from the oven, Leave on tray for five minutes to firm up before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
